Summer is here and everyone is all about having a fit and healthy body. Great!

But are you making sure your hands are looking just as good as your body? The hands are a dead giveaway to aging if you don’t take care of them.

Here are some simple tips to keep your hands young and supple:

  • Wear rubber gloves when doing dishes or using cleaning products
  • Keep nails and cuticles trimmed, neat and moisturized
  • Exfoliate at least once a week
  • Use an emolliant moisturizer daily and throughout the day if you wash your hands frequently
  • Apply sunscreen

Osmosis offers a delicious cranberry enzyme exfoliant/mask that works beautifully not only on your facial skin but also on your hands.  Polish is the go-to product to keep hands healthy and young looking. The cranberry enzyme along with peptides keeps your skin smooth and firm. L-lactic Acid sloughs off only the top layers of dead cells without causing any moisture loss.

Apply a pearl size of Polish to clean dry hands massaging it all over the hands including cuticles (make sure you don’t have any cuts on hands or fingers) until the product becomes tacky. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Apply moisturizer and Protect if going outdoors.

To use Polish as a mask, just wash and dry your hands. Apply a pearl size amount to the upper hands only. Keep on for 10 minutes, rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer. If going outdoors apply Protect.

This is a simple yet effective way to keep your hands beautiful for summer and throughout the year.
