How to schedule your appointment

To schedule a Chiropractic, Acupuncture or Nutrition appointment, please call 512.363.5178. For all other appointments, please book your appointment online.

Booking time

All sessions, treatments or service times include consultation and/or assessment procedures. All indicated times are booking times, not specific treatment time.

Arrival time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time, you may need to fill out paperwork. Arriving late cheats you out of valuable treatment time. If you are late, your treatment will still end on time in consideration of the next client.

Late arrivals

Arriving late cuts into precious treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment will still end on time in consideration of the next client. We are usually able to accommodate an arrival of up to 15 ­minutes late, and will complete the service with the allotted time left.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We know life gets busy and unexpected things happen, should you need to cancel your scheduled treatment be sure to give us a 24 ­hour notice, otherwise you will be charged a flat fee of $25. All “no show” and same day scheduled appointments are also subject to a $25 fee. Lipo laser sessions that are cancelled under the 24 ­hour notice or are “no show” are subject to forfeiture.

Shave before your facial

To get the full benefits of a facial it is best to give your esthetician full access to your face. A clean shave will allow for your entire face to be treated with the same care. Make sure you shave at least an hour before your scheduled facial. Areas prone to irritation from razor burn and ingrown hairs are issues that your esthetician can treat during your facial.

Talk to your technician

It is important to be open with the person who is giving your massage, facial, or other treatment. Discuss sensitives, injuries, and chronic problems that can be addressed through your treatment. If you have health concerns, it is a good idea to discuss them with your doctor and with the spa staff while scheduling your appointment.

Stay out of the sun

Prolonged exposure to sun can make your skin extra sensitive and can be very dehydrating. It’s best to avoid harsh sun exposure the day of and the day after your treatment. Remember to always wear sunscreen.

Cellular devices

In consideration of our clients, we ask you please silence or turn off your cellular device upon arrival.


We know you want to show appreciation for the quality service provided. Gratuities are not included in the price of our services, but are gladly accepted. Typically gratuities range from 15-­20% of the service price, or larger if you experienced exceptional service. You may give your tip in cash or by credit card at check out.

Payment & Return Policy

We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX). We do not accept SpaFinder gift certificates. Prices do not include gratuities. Prices are subject to change without notice. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase for spa credit.


We are in the business of day making! Please let us know if there is any way to improve your treatment or comfort. For example, heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, sound or lighting levels, etc. We truly appreciate your feedback.
