Eat, Drink and Be Merry!

The holidays are upon us and that means parties gallore! That also means richer foods, desserts, fabulous chocolates and more than likely, lot’s of alcohol.

How in the world are you supposed to enjoy all these marvelous treats and holiday drinks without the after effects?

We have just the solution. Osmosis Harmonized Waters.

If you are not familiar with our harmonized waters you can find out more about them here  http://www.osmosisskincare.com/HarmonizedWaters.aspx.  If you have been a customer of mine you more than likely have heard me talk about harmonized waters; I probably recommended some as well.

The go-to water for over eating is the Digestive Health water. This water will help not only with your digestion but eliminate bloating and any discomfort from eating too much.

For too much alcohol I recommend our Hangover water. Yes, there is such a thing!  It helps with the effects of alcohol and will help eliminate a hangover.

Before you head out the door for a party, drink an 8 oz glass of water. This helps to fill you up before you are faced with all the temptations on the buffet table. Also, if you will alternate drinking water between having your favorite alcoholic beverage this will keep you from getting tipsy so quickly.

Remember to enjoy your holidays sensibly; don’t drink and drive.
